Went out to check on the blooms that came out during the night and saw this beautiful sight. The sun was just peeking through the trees onto the new fresh, snow white blooms.

I have loved photography since my grandmother gave me my first camera (a Brownie Hawkeye, which I still have) at the age of 15. I have been passionate about taking photos ever since. I have always done well in art since the first grade. I believe it is a God given gift. I started off drawing, then painting with oils. I went to acrylics as I became impatient waiting for the oils to dry. I was an emotional painter and my best was when I was inspired, so I painted fast. Later, I saw that I could capture the beauty of a moment by using my camera. People say that I can see what others don't. I am always seeing "a moment", wishing I had my camera with me all the time.
