Artist's Description

This was taken of the St. George, Utah Temple. It is the first temple built in the United States in the 1800s by the Mormon Pioneers. The official name of the church is "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints." The visitors center is open 7 days a week and people from all over the world come to see this historic place and learn what the church is about. The volunteers at the visitor center on the temple grounds speak many languages so that the people visiting can understand. Its very common for the visitors to come by the busloads from other countries that are also visiting Zion, Bryce and the surrounding areaa.
